Walking for a Future Without Alzheimer’s
On 25 October, the EdiLabs team joined hundreds of participants at Siena College in Albany, New York, USA, for the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s, organised by the Alzheimer’s Association.
For us, this walk was more than just a community event; it was a reminder of why we do what we do. Every step taken represents millions of people and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease around the world.
At EdiLabs, we’re developing an innovative therapeutic platform designed to make Alzheimer’s treatments safer, more accessible, and more affordable. Behind every innovation are the people we aim to help, and moments like this help us connect to that purpose in a deeply personal way.
Alzheimer’s currently affects around 40 million people worldwide, a number expected to rise to nearly 55 million by 2030 and 90+ million by 2050. Events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s help keep awareness and hope alive while supporting vital research and care for those impacted today.
